Two promotions have been announced at Ralson Tire North America (RTNA) to further propel the company’s growth trajectory and strengthen its foundation for the future.
Mark Roe has been elevated to Vice President of Sales from his previous position as Vice President – Sales (West). Christy Neito has been
promoted from bookkeeper and officer manager to the role of business manager.
“Mark brings over three decades of rich experience in domestic and regional sales within the tire industry and has been an integral part of RTNA since 2024,” said RTNA Senior Vice President Brian Sheehey. “His deep industry expertise and leadership will be key drivers in strengthening our sales organization.”
Sheehey said all sales managers will collaborate directly with Roe for role assignments and aligned execution, “ensuring sharper focus and enhanced performance across RTNA.”
Before joining RTNA, Roe held management positions with American Omni Trading Company, Hankook Tire America Corp., Strouhal Tire and Bridgestone/Firestone.
Neito, who joined RTNA in 2023, has more than 20 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping and operational administration. In her expanded responsibilities, Neito will oversee cash management, compliance, banking and accounting coordination, as well as provide administrative support for HR services.
“Christy’s expertise and collaborative approach will be pivotal as we scale operations,”Sheehey said.
